 Dear Mr. Marcos,

        We encourage you to devote your attention to defending and advancing everyone's human rights in the country. As president, It is your obligation to preserve the universal rights and freedoms of all Filipinos.You have significant impact in ensuring the security personnel respect and enforce the rights and freedoms enshrined in both the Philippine constitution and international human rights agreement. What you say in support of rights and liberties may have a big impact throughout the country.

I hope that you can give your people enough support so that they can live much better. You should always think the possible outcome of your actions.
